Starting June 25, 2025, when you call, you will be connected to our AI telephone assistant, who will assist you slowly and clearly with your requests.
You can express prescriptions, referrals, appointment requests or cancellations, or other concerns in the corresponding menu item.
Simply follow the instructions from our telephone assistant's voice. Our staff will then process your request as quickly as possible.
And if it's really urgent, you can also ask to be put through during office hours.
