Suggestions for the daily manners

Dear patients,

 

we are very happy about our capability to offer you a plain and patient centered medical care in a rural region. Even more we are happy about the very positive feedback of most of our patients concerning service quality, manners and friendliness in our practice. And we carry on struggling to improve and optimize processes for your and our good.

In case some procedures are not working according to your wish you are invited to let us know. In this case we kindly ask to note the following:

-We daily provide medical care in our practice for a lot of patients!

- We provide communication procedures even in larger number with patients, medical collegues and institutions by phone, e-mail, Fax or sms every day!

- The well being of our patients is our highest goal in the frame of our ethics of treatment!

- We claim to encounter all our patients with kindness, tolerance and respect!

- We treat all our patients equally, no matter which place of origin, which skin colour, which religion or which sexual orientation.

Therefor we expect:

Patience: Sometimes some cases need more time than expected for treating them properly. We ask for understanding if you have to wait longer then.

Acceptance: The decision whose turn it is is made by our staff in consultation with our doctor. We ask for acceptance even in out-of-schedule decisions.

Appreciation: Our medical staff works to the best knowledge and belief and bears great responsibility. We ask you to support this issue by encountering them in a calm and respectful manner.
